The journey of the world’s rapidly expanding barefoot brand, Be Lenka, began in 2017, conceived by the inspiring visionaries Lenka Cenigová and Juraj Fehervari. They transformed challenges into stepping stones, seeing opportunities where others saw obstacles.
In just seven years, this remarkable company has flourished, sharing its exceptional lines of barefoot footwear with over 80 countries around the world. With a robust network of more than 900 B2B partnerships globally, and key markets firmly established in Europe and the USA, Be Lenka is now poised to extend its influence into the GCC and Asia-Pacific regions. Their unwavering commitment to promoting foot health and natural movement continues to guide their expansion.
In the summer of 2024, Bruno Bartos and Fadi Mualla unveiled BareFoot Friends in Dubai, UAE. Soon after, Be Lenka forged a strategic alliance with BareFoot Friends, aimed at enhancing the distribution and availability of Be Lenka and Barebarics barefoot shoes in the GCC market. This partnership marks a thrilling milestone in Be Lenka's quest for global outreach, ensuring that high-quality barefoot footwear is accessible in new territories and solidifying its international presence.

We are strong advocates of slow fashion, striving to educate our customers on the value of investing in high-quality products over the frequent purchase of lower-quality alternatives. To achieve this, Be Lenka prioritizes sourcing materials locally, with most of their production taking place within the European Union, particularly in Slovakia, Portugal, and the Czech Republic. Recently, they have expanded their operations to Vietnam, utilising cutting-edge technologies and innovations to craft footwear of the highest standards. In Vietnam, they implement some of the most advanced manufacturing techniques available globally. We are dedicated to the UAE’s strategic initiative aiming for net-zero emissions by 2050, which is a national effort to reach this environmental goal.
