If the purchased goods are in stock, we ship them no later than the next day after receiving your payment. In most cases, orders made before noon will be shipped on the same day. 

If the goods are currently out of stock, we ship them within the time specified for those particular goods. This information is available on our website and you also get notified via confirmation e-mail after placing the order and WhatsApp.


We notify our customers when their order is shipped, providing a tracking number via provided mobile contact.

You can track your order by replying to the message received through WhatsApp, alternatively you can also change the location of delivery or specify details of delivery. 

We deliver to most GCC locations, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. However, the package cannot be delivered to an APO military address.

    In case of failed payments via our payment gateway, please do not make a new order. Simply send us an email with the details of the product that you were trying to order and we will do our best to complete your order.
